I love both of these games for different things. A common thing was they are musou games in their own right. Both games have the weapon triangle as well as their own little advantages and disadvantages to see which unit fights best against what enemy unit and enhance units through promotion and even though their weapons and skills. The original Fire Emblem warriors have mostly 3ds fire emblem characters and some from Shadow Dragon though it has Celica from Gaiden/Shadows of Valencia and Lyn from the GBA games. It has it's own original story and the beefy history mode to play, kinda like adventure mode from the first Hyrule Warriors. It had DLC (something I wish Three Hopes would have) and had fixed growths so it is expected for them to gain certain stats for a reason til the max level of the character is reached (which I remember is 150). Three hopes is a spinoff of Three hopes which takes a different path on the Three Houses universe by being an alternate timeline and got a different protagonist to play with this time. This time promotion system is kinda like three houses was and they have varying growths depending on their class did in three houses.
