Toya physically is a lanky individual, somewhat average in height yet underweight, and the way he carries himself in his somewhat lazy slouch makes him seem smaller than he is, he's grown sickly pale in the recent years, which makes the decision of dyeing his natural brown hair raven black the more striking. His hair naturally straight and its kept long enough that his bang covers the right side of his face and by extension the bandage that covers the eye socket from his missing eye. He makes little effort to style it or make it look presentable as long as it serves the purpose of hiding his bandage from the world. His eye is a red-yellow coloration that leans to a type of amber, heavy dark eye bags underneath them.
He's usually easy to read emotionally if you can get past the fact that he seems to be in a perpetual state of exhaustion. He still owns a number of his old uniforms and priestly robes and tools from his times as an exorcist, but now days he mostly uses his clothing as shield, long sleeves, baggy and dark colors seem to describe his style. Often wearing a large parka style jacket with a fluffy neck that he utilizes as a makeshift pillow. Although much was done to heal his body, there a fair bit of scarring from burns and other injuries he received in his time as Ise's weapon.
When Tenko is in control it is not like he physically changes much, but the way he carries himself makes him seem taller. His confidence and demeaner make him seem stronger, his hair is usually styled often slicked back or spiked it coloring taking a light blue shade instead of the black that his brother been dying it. His missing eye, if uncovered would fill by the blue flames of his spirit energy spilling over. The exhaustion that usually lives on his brother's face drained and the dark eyebags faded.
Style wise he often finds himself dressed in whatever his brother had, but when he's in control of the situation. He had adopted a lot of Korean men fashion, in particular enjoying outfits with jackets and blazers.

Fallow the teachings of their mother and have grown somewhat questioning of some of the teachings of their mentors in Ise. Although they see and agree in a lot of things they carry their scars differently.
Their brush with death sending them through different paths. Toya, has taken a more morose approach to life, seeing it all as a dark comedy, his brush leading him towards pessimism. Utilizing dark jokes and not taking things a seriously as he should at times. Never truly trying to be mean or harmful but finding it hard to connect with others as he fears to lose more.
While Tenko, took to death and questionably fleeting existence as an opportunity to live big, he too takes things aloofly, often flirting in at times inopportune moments, but he continues to protect his brother, putting him above all, maybe due to being or shock, but between the two he changes the least and is closer to who they once were. His loyalty to the Ise much less weakened, but knowing full well, that in the hands of someone unflinching of their teaching, he is an aberration and should not be bound amongst the living.

There are those who selfishly self-serve themselves, but most still fallow the creed of sacrifice and humility their ancestor build their legacy on.
The twins were raised by a part of the family that was still quite close to the Ise, some members still dedicating their lives as exorcist, priest, maidens, but most finding ways to extend a helping hand from beyond the Ise. Due to their proximity to the Ise the twins were educated and trained in the many ways of spiritualism. Showing an aptitude to their learnings, separate they were competent, together they complemented each other, something that lead them to the path of becoming one of the Ise's weapons.
Growing up Toya was the reserved one, from a young age he could feel and sense spirits, and they could sense him. Tenko took a protector and aggressor role. Forward and brave, where he lacked his brothers ability to sense, he made up through his seemingly endless spirit energy. As they grew and became more skilled, Toya became the tracker, and Tenko would handle the hunt. By the time they were in their teens the two had gotten enough experience to be sent out on missions, together they were to deliver Kami's divine will as interpreted by their superiors. Their priestly responsibilities becoming secondary to their now primary purpose.

It was supposed to be a simple exorcism, as the twins even volunteered to it, treating it as a vacation, a priest from Akita had reached out to Ise, some developer had disturbed an old mansion with the intention of fixing it up and putting it in the market. Many rumors abound of the location, once home to the leader of a branch of the Abe clan who had his family murdered in order to take his place in the suspension. At a later time, a rich businessman took over, only for a pop on the market cause his empire to collapse, and tragedy struck to the family.
The twins had heard stories like this and many others over the years, with help of some of the local forces and other members of the Ise, they intended to help those spirits move, eat black noodles and if Tenko had his hand hit on some girls. The mission started simple, some Yokai had to be handled, which most of the local forces where able to deal with, and a couple of recently dead had to be assisted in moving on. If anything, the mission was underwhelming. In order to be safe one of the more senior exorcist, wanted to purify the whole grounds.
Being the large structure that it was it took hours to gather the materials and begin the work. The mansion itself was old a fair part being as old as the Meji era, others as old as the Sengoku Judai. By the time they realized the nightmare they had become part of it was too late. Toya buried himself in sadness, abdicated his position in the Ise as a weapon, and took a leave of absence to all other responsibilities. Only recently returning to the academy. Trying to find a semblance of normalcy.

Power Theme: Through an act of Taboo and desperation Toya bound his brother's spirit to himself. This has put a strain on his body and abilities, but through mutual cooperation the two are able to achieve a fraction of their abilities.
Rank C Ability: Dive. Tenko is able to take possession of his brother's body. If there not in agreement whoever's will is strongest wrestles control. There more they are in sync the stronger the connection. To the point the two almost act as one. Being identical twins there are very few physical differences. Though most are able to tell the difference of who's in control, even if they are not aware that the twins are currently sharing a body. This does not affect either twins' physicality. It just allows them to share their body. Usually, Toya is in control during the day and Tenko at night. This agreement has put a lot of strain on Toya's body as it rarely gets the rest it needs. If some reason Toya was to be indisposed, as long as what cause him to be indisposed did not subdue his body, Tenko would be able to take control.

In this state they are able to interact with spirits, as if they were tangible, physically there more resilient, and are capable of keeping up with a human in their peek prime, allowing him feats of athleticism comparable to an Olympic athlete. Yet limited by the strain it causes his body, only being able to keep this form for about thirty minutes and if the damage he receives becomes extensive or one of the twin's falters in their unified force the transformation can be cut down short.

As an exorcist Toya once had the skills to free a spirit or soul from their earthly chains, it's through this and other forbidden knowledge that he managed to bind his brothers Spirit to his own. Those with a strong enough spiritual abilities can sense or see beyond his facsimile of life. Anyone capable of harming him would resonate the damage on his twin brother, attempts to exorcise him will weaken him to the point where he finds himself having to rest within his brother. - Having been trained as weapons they have an and have almost encyclopedic knowledge about yokai.
- Non Stop; Although it was lead to his body being ragged, between his training, his up bringing and now his shared state of his body, he's learned to run with little sleep, the few times he does get proper rest he can function for practically days before collapsing.

- Oya Yamada: The twins mother. She moved away from her life of being a priestess for a life of charity. Working on a soup kitchen, hoping that by helping who need help she can make a bigger difference than when she was a priestess.
- Kikyou Yoshikawa: Teacher and mentor of the twins, one of the first few people who saw the twins potential and trained them to be a weapon for the Ise.
- Miss Aiho: The twins 'Aunt'. In reality Miss Oya's partner ever since her husband passed away and the person who gave Oya the strength to keep living and try the best of her Son's. She runs the Soup kitchen the twins mother works at.
- Code Name "One-Way": Another of Miss Kikyou's projects and in many ways superior to the twins. Extremely indoctrinated and unflinching, all that does not serve the church must be addressed as per the word of their Kami and those who interpreter it.
