Disclaimer: this was made in an old site that I was in. Some of the things in here is not canon to the story or the character showcased on this site. I surprisingly still have this piece of writing on google docs so why not put it here xD
Well, today is today. The deals would be at it's best for christmas shopping on the sacred day of black friday. 70% off tvs were plenty and 50% off clothing items appeared. The workers were preparing themselves with a war of order and preventing damage at the store of Shibuya 109. Security is tight and almost everywhere in the store. This is the best time for the customers to buy but it is a nightmare for anyone who would dare come in and get through the crowds to get what they wanted.
Kinitsu was willing to take that chance of survival for a very special man to him. That man's name was Ryosuke. Ryo wasn't really used to getting christmas presents or really any kind of presents from a person. Kinitsu urged on and on about how presents should be a thing between the both of them. When he agreed, Kinitsu would take on that challenge of finding what he thinks Ryo would like. It is no doubt going to be different than what Kinitsu would have wanted. He has to make a valiant effort to impress Ryo and win him over.
He drove his car through central Edo, watching for traffic as people were very busy driving and shopping. Some people were even running at moving vehicles to get the gifts that they didn't buy. Kinitsu looked on at the horror and almost wanted to run them over, but he just kept on driving. He didn't feel like causing that much trouble for someone stealing. He just hoped to find a parking spot in the parking lot.
After a few minutes of traffic, Kinitsu finally found the parking lot for the cars. This was the place he needed to be. There was one problem though; there were literally no parking spots open. All he could see as he was lines of cars in the appropriate lines in the spots. Even a car decided to make their whole new line by parking in the grass, and there still wasn't enough room for Kinitsu to fit in. His head was on the horn in frustration. "REALLY?! I know this is a large store but still!" He would not have it. Even if he had a reputation of a noble, he sure can't use it as an excuse to move cars. "Hmm? Move cars?" He thought. Maybe he could move them himself, but how?
Kinitsu temporarily parked his car on the side of the road and store to see how he could do this. Those cars are very heavy to just push out of the way on his own. If only he could have been trained to perform telekinesis… He looked behind him, seeing a construction site building a new building across the store. He always did like men in uniform, whether it was samurai, police, fireman, construction worker. 'Oh god Ryo in a construction uniform~! wait where did that come from?' He giggled, his thoughts veered from his current task; how to move cars.
The crew that was working on the building looked like they were taking a break and they all carpooled to go somewhere to eat. He stared at them from a far til they went off far away or at least turned the corner so he couldn't see them anymore. He often wondered how those machines worked. They definitely move stuff around with great force. They can manipulate the ground and cement and carry iron bars around. Why not a car or in this case a line of cars? Kinitsu snuck into the construction zone and took a helmet off the table. Safety first!
Which one of the big heavy machines would do the trick? Kinitsu soon saw what looked like a dependable bulldozer. It can push around everything and pick it up sometimes. Not very reliable in picking up cars but can flipping them over. Kinitsu climbed in and put his seatbelt on. The keys were in the ignition so Kinitsu simply turned the keys to turn on the bulldozer. The first left stick would be a drive and reverse as well as turning the bulldozer itself while the right stick controlled the part in front. Once he waited a few minutes for the bulldozer to warm up it's time to move cars.
Kinitsu first tested it out against the wall around the construction site, well at least one side of it was the exit. Well that exit looked too small for him to move through casually so why not make your own exit. He pulled the left lever forward to go forward and he went full speed with the part that took the dirt and put it up like a shield. The wall was closer, closer, then BOOM! The wall was broken through and the bulldozer just kept on going like nothing hit it. 'This really is a powerful machine!' He smiled mischievously and went straight to the parking lot. He wanted to be as close to the building in the parking lot as possible so he casually began to clear the path off of all the parking spots in the front of the buildings. Cars going crunch and glass breaking and tires popping off due to going only sideways, they were all moving in a perfectly straight line. When he was at the end of the parking spot line, the right lever went down then up like he was throwing them himself and away the cars went to the Taco King parking lot.
Now that he was done, he simply put the bulldozer back to where it was when he got it. He found his car on the side of the road as it was before. He went back into the parking lot and found the spot that was the closest to the entrance doors of the humongous mall. Quick escape route and perfect for going through the parking lot since he had traversed it into it just before. He made himself not suspicious by putting on his pearl studded sunglasses.
As he walked in, all he could see was people. There were some gaps in the way but a push can definitely make you caught in the brawls and break the things they bought so he wasn't going to go through that. He tried to look at what each store was selling, if they were selling anymore. People were on the verge of stealing for some of the items, and they weren't even at full price. Some windows were indeed shattered which was evident by some people having glass on them. Sometimes the bruteness of the event is off putting for Kinitsu's soul, but then he realized what he was here for: to get the present for his beloved Ryo. What would he like as a present? He did see that Ryo likes to keep fit and sometimes he might need to relax as it is. He went inside a sports store to check out the sales, mostly because it was the least populated store at the moment.
There were usually normal sports things like balls, equipment, face paint for colors of your team, you know sports. Kinitsu looked around the store room to pick out that present for Ryo. What suddenly caught his eye was a chair. It wasn't an ordinary chair, but it was the kind that you can kick back and massage any sore muscle you wished. It should be great for Ryo to have! It was really comfortable just by touching it, but now he had to try it out. He sat down in the chair and found the remote and setted it on low to feel the vibration everywhere. It felt really good, there were settings of where the vibration can focus on. It was perfect… until-
"What are you doing on MY chair!?" He heard a woman shriek in that classic whiny demeaning voice. Kinitsu winced at the voice that dared reach his ears. He opened his eyes on one of the new classic villains of all businesses.
Karin (or Karen in other culture)
'Oh god why her?!' He thought annoyed at the sight of one. She was not going to ruin today or his chances at getting Ryo's present. "I don't see your name on this chair. Besides it's probably been here since the store opened." He said miffed. She was not going to give up, like all Karin's do. "I saw the chair first, therefore it is mine!" Kinitsu clapped back. "Well I'm sitting in this and I'm going to buy it with the money I have. I bet your peasant self offends even your kind!" She gasped dramatically. "How dare you, you weird fairy boy! I bet your parents wished you were a girl." She remarked about his appearance. At the corner of Kinitsu's eye, he saw the actual manager of the store. The manager was quickly and quietly going to his office and locking it, hoping Karin doesn't screech out for the manager to help with this situation, because he didn't want to. He looked back at her and smirked. "No one wants to deal with you," he stood up in front of the chair. "If you think you can get this chair from me… TRY IT!"
Karin activated her powers of her kind: a magic that only Karin's could receive from the Elder Gods. Her appearance changed from her everyday Karin outfit to the ultimate boss CEO Karin. Her hair turned platinum blond and her hair folded inwards to create the Karen cut. She had the office skirt and blazer that was open with a sports bra to match and her flat shoes turned on her high heels with the heels being knives. She had gained a 6 pack and had visual muscle in the shoulders and legs. Her eyes glowed into the store, creating a menacing presence to managers and common passersby everywhere.
Kinitsu braced himself for the fight against the suddenly worthy opponent for the massage chair. Although his fighting skills weren't the greatest, he knew that if let Karin get his present, he might not find a better replacement to give him. His fantabulous body will not fail to whoop Karin out of society.
They both lunged into the air at each other and were at a headlock as they were punching each other. It was a struggle to see who would come on top. They were punching each other as they were going everywhere. They were flying while beating each other and punching each other's punches. This propelled them up from the store, through the escalators, all the way up to the 10th floor then all the way back down again to the front of the sports store. Right now with the security guards they were focused on getting everyone out of there. After the punching stopped with a big shock wave with a big punch, they finally landed on the ground which made a small earthquake. Both Kinitsu and Karin were scuffled up a bit, mostly in clothes and some bruising. Karin decided to use her knife heels and charged at Kinitsu ready to kick and stab. "I DEMAND YOU GIVE MY CHAIR TO ME!" screamed Karin. Kinitsu dodged all of her attacks like butter slipping from a butter knife. Kinitsu grabbed her leg as she kicked out and she threw her in the wall. The wall broke, leading some of the brick to fall on top of her head. He thought he was done when she didn't come back up from the brick. He turned to go back inside the store. As he got close to the actual store he felt himself be grabbed and thrown into the window of the store. The glass shattered on his back, luckily no glass was stuck in him. He hid behind the chair from Karin. He heard screaming from her as he saw her get taken away from the security guards to the main office of the building while the other security guards searched other floors, probably for him.
'That was close…' he sighed in relief. He got up from behind the chair and went to the counter. "Whoever owns this place, sorry about Karin's existence. I'm paying you for your massage chair." There was no answer from the entire store. He left his money there to pay for the chair. "Goodbye!" He called out. He pushed the chair on a large cart and headed back out with back to the parking lot. He would ask the nurse at the school to check him out for sure if he is okay. He thinks he is okay but just to make sure. He might have sustained a bit of pain but it was worth it for his beloved Ryo. Hopefully he loves the gift!
