Appearance: They have mid length blond hair though they usually dye it silver. Piercing green eyes that have violet contacts over it. They have a healthy pale skin. High royal fashion is a good way to describe how they dress. Whether it's a glamorous dress or famous named brands and accessories, they seem to want to wear it flawlessly. After all, how they want to carry themselves is the truth.
Belongings: Crystal ball, elaborate makeup kit, one detailed iron fan, Subaru Ascent, cell phone, a change of lace gloves.
Personality: Sassy, fabulous and a creative mind, they think of themselves more genderfluid, at times calling themselves Lady Maria at times more than Kinitsu. They eagerly encourage others to do nothing but their very best. While their rich upbringing brought a sense of refinement to their dreams, they would never really want to feel rejected because of an unequal opportunity or scandals that could erupt from their shenanigans. They will also not tolerate poor manners towards other people (except any whose being a Karen).
Character Strengths: Elaborately dressed: They are very good at coordinating their outfits for the fashion. They also aren't sloppy with it so it could be perfect for finding good disguises to infiltrating.
Excellent charisma: They can find a way to talk themselves out of a bind or a disagreement. They are also easy to get along with.
Cheerleader: They actively encourage themselves and others to do their best. Setting up good fortune for them isn't that hard to do.
Character Flaws: Diva-like tendencies: So when they expect the best, most of the time they expect you to give it your all. If something doesn't go their way, they will become progressively annoyed. It's not immediate effect. It builds up til it can become explosive and they have a breakdown.
Out of touch- On the less glamorous parts of life, like farms or anything not of nobility, they seem to not know as much as they should and could offend somebody unintentionally.
Low stamina- They are good at short bursts of combat but often want to get it over with as quickly as possible, lest they get tired and more open.
Backstory: Kinitsu was born in the elaborate and wealthy Kyogoku clan by Tsuruoka and Ayano Kyogoku. Many had praised the child of being beautiful the moment they were born. Being raised in the higher society gave them many comforts within Shimane prefecture and they had gained many interests in the arts in their peaceful prefecture. As they got older, their love for fashion and glamour increased and began looking more feminine by barrowing their mom's dresses. While some people had their transgressions about Kinitsu and their beliefs, it hasn't stopped them from discovering their true self and Kinitsu's parents quite effectively supported them.
They went out to the beach quite a bit in their childhood. Well their prefecture was partially surrounded by it. It was always beautiful beaches especially when they got the VIP pass for it. One day Kinitsu as a young one went out to the beach as a usual family outing. Building up a sand castle, he saw a hõnengame named Kanna. They became interested in the way she looked so they came forward and introduced themselves. Kanna told them of their fortune over by the rocks and told them that they had good fortune. Kinitsu got interested into how she told their fortune so easily so Kanna promised them everytime they came to the beach, she would give them lessons. They did, it was a couple of weeks and they learned palm reading, card reading, crystallomancy (crystal ball), and astrology. After the lessons were over, Kanna gave them her blessing to strengthen their fortune telling and a few water based protection. Kinitsu said goodbye and that they'll see her next week, but next week she was gone.
They kept looking for her for the rest of that year in the beach but never saw her again. In fact, it was years that went by and they missed her teachings. Nonetheless, they continued their own teachings to hone their skills as well as begin a side modeling career that they developed their mystery fairytale royal fashion. Soon after, his little brother Yuji was born into the family and while they didn't have time to fully spend time to get to know him, they know that they are a beautiful memeber of the Kyogoku family too. Not long after, they opened Lady Maria's fortune shop and began calling themselves Lady Maria in public, thogh they don't mind if they still call the lovely and fabulous fortune teller Kinitsu outside of work.
Family, Friends Etc: Kyogoku, Tsuruoka- Current leader of the Kyogoku clan, this fifty year old man still has a lot of life and glamour in his body. Well groomed hair and beard and quick on his wits, he had a lot of reputation for caring for the people in his prefecture. Finances are his strong suit as well as the Kyogoku in general and he had significantly heightened the clan's wealth to not only provide his kingdom but for his family's hobbies and needs.
Kyogoku Ayano (Enka Ayano)- Wife of Tsuruoka, she married into the Kyogoku clan when he discovered that she had the love of arts and she had the same love for the people that he had. She is currently 45 years old and is said that Kinitsu got their beauty from her. She runs a community garden to help people not only have jobs but encourages a peaceful life. She let Kinitsu wear her dresses with no issues once she discovered that they had a passion for fashion.
Kyogoku Yuji- Their baby brother, he has shown to look like his father, just with a chubby baby face and less hair. He likes the color orange.
Kanna- A hõnengame that they saw at a very young age, she is a turtle woman that got them interested in fortune telling, though Kinitsu themselves had many interests. She had blessed them with some fortune telling prowess to help them and also some water based powers. They have not seen her since they were little.
Powers: They received a blessing at a young age from a yokai called Hōnengame. This allowed them to be able to have some fortune telling abilities as well as some water based powers.
Rank C Ability: Bright glitters- Kinitsu brings themselves in a starry, glittery skin that enhances their defense and saves them from too much pain. It kinda looks like a galactic starry night from others perspectives on their skin. This lasts for one turn in combat.
Rank B Ability: Whirlpool cyclone- Kinitsu spins around like a ballerina, summoning a ring of water that spins along with them. The faster they go, the more damage it brings. It ranges 3 feet all around them. This is a gradual built up power:
1 post: Slow: Deals damage equivalent to a heavy punch. 2 post: Medium: Impacts with the force of a water cannon. 3 posts: Fast: Hits with the force of a water pressure cutter, can cut through up to two inches of solid industrial grade steel. Kinitsu can choose to blunt the cutting effect on will. They will get dizzy after a while and will need to calm/recompose themselves by meditating at the stars.
