"I will see you back at the manor then Fujiwara-san." He was always so formal, even down to the little bow. Clearly he intended to go after the priestess and speak with her further, likely to fill out more of the report. It was a mercy that he often helped with things like that. Momiji suspected he could not sleep. Once she asked him about it, and he had curtly told her that the longer he had been a Shinsengumi, the less he slept really. Some of the men drank, and Shibara seemed to work on papers or read into the night. Momiji bowed to him and started on her way with Anri. The night was clear and very deserted. The city really had a way of shutting down and sometimes, like with the Teke-teke, it could be unsettlingly isolated. But here it just seemed finally still and a little lonely. She watched Anri walk. "It was good that she could rest at last. At least, I think that was her." She took a tired sigh. Her wrist watch chimed, sounding a little like a cricket, and not working well after one of the arrests of today. "We made a good team tonight, and for that, I am very glad. Thank you Anri."

As stated, Anri walked with a deliberate poise, eyes always attempting to look around corners and examine every detail of the periphery without indication that she was looking in that direction. However, it also seemed like she was a bit more relaxed in this state, like it was a default behavior that, while off the job, was still ready to strike or at least dodge. It just seemed to be always on, like that slight breeze that surrounded her. Anri seemed to do that automatically, probably in response to the isolation and the stillness of the night. As nothing appeared to leap out at them, though, they would proceed onto the location of her bike, which she would return her equipment to. "I believe it was her. My mother has often said that spirits do not linger while pure, so her resolution would be made clear, and she would move on, soon after."A fact of Anri's upbringing, which Max may have brought up: Their mother was a known spiritualist working at a shrine, fairly respected and - of course - responsible for the siblings' martial arts and swordsmanship training. That part...was always an odd thing, but Saiga believed in both handling spiritual matters with care, but also a fighter's discipline. It's like being The Batter from OFF without all the murder. Still, in response to Fujiwara's mention of their team-up, Anri nodded as she got on her bike. "You're welcome, Fujiwara-san. I think that we can work together in future, as well. For now, I have an appointment to get to, and I may be running late."With that, she donned her helmet and started up the bike, driving off with a bit of Daft Punk. Like her walking stance, Anri seemed very controlled in her actions, apparently never dropping her guard, and thus never allowing herself the luxury of a mistake. Not that you'd want one on a motorbike, of course. Let's make up for time, now. I do not wish to keep them waiting.EXIT!
